Art Leadership: Leadership by Art, Ledership for Art
Art and leadership are generally understood as irrelevant to each other. However, surprisingly there are some connections between them, in the case of art management. The working process of most artists seems like a chaos, but in fact, it is not. Artists attempt to do their art work with their own structure, which contains a total focus and proceeding power. And this characteristic of artists' work achieves remarkable results. The aim of this thesis is to analyse how arts influence management and marketing. Furthermore the unique possibilities for leadership-artist communication in art management will be introduced.
