This discussion examines leadership techniques that are drawn from and used by collaborative artists as they lead other artists in their specific genre. Those techniques are broken down into their smaller parts and identified as unique to creative sector leaders. The parts are then translated across sectors, into various businesses of both product and and service providers, suggesting that as the 21st century economy unfolds, and society moves more toward creative thinking to generate wealth, artists and arts leaders will become the vanguard for running corporate Earth.
